Policies

REFUND POLICY:

Refund Policy- Cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the event start to receive a full refund. If Monroe Learning Network cancels or reschedules the event, all participants will be fully reimbursed.

COMPLAINT POLICY:

If an individual/attendee has a formal complaint to file they can do so by contacting the ASHA CE Administrator or MLN CE Administrator. Formal complaints will be addressed and discussed by administrator(s) and/or content consultant on a case by case basis.

REQUESTING ACCOMMODATIONS:

Monroe Wheelchair ensures that the learning experience and resource materials are accessible to all individuals, including participants with disabilities or special needs. Please indicate on your registration form if this applies.

SATISFACTORY COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS:

Participants must complete the following requirements:

1. Participants are expected to be present for the entire program. Individuals who are not present for the full program will not be recommended for CEU's. No partial credit will be provided.

2. Complete the post-test and turn in upon course completion.

3. Complete and turn in CEU Participant Form upon course completion.
